Monthly Pet Rent: $30.00 per pet
One Time Pet Fee: $300 per pet

At Apartments on 20th, we happily embrace your furry companions as part of our pet-friendly community. Your pets will be warmly welcomed, and our site provides a safe and enjoyable environment for them to thrive. From nearby parks for walks to pet-friendly amenities, we ensure that both you and your four-legged friends feel right at home.

We have a maximum weight limit of 50 lbs per pet. Fees do not apply to service animals. Residents must provide a doctor's note for any ESA or service animal.

As part of our pet policy, tenants are required to maintain renter’s insurance with coverage for pet-related incidents. Additionally, we do NOT not allow aggressive breeds, including but not limited to: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Staffordshire Terriers, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Wolf Hybrids, or any mix of these breeds. This restriction is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents and complies with insurance requirements. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the denial of pet approval or removal of the pet from the property.
